Employment Based Outcome Placement 
Employment Based Outcome Placement serves individuals who have a disability but may not require the support of a job coach or long-term follow up. The program was started in 2005 and since that time 45 people have participated in this program.  There have been many successful placements in our community with employees and employers very satisfied with the outcome.

Vocational Assessment
Vocational Assessment is designed to determine a person's strengths, interests, learning styles, temperament, aptitudes and transferable skills. This primarily involves the administration of standardized instruments to measure perception, motor, spatial discrimination, verbal, numerical, comprehension, and attention to task skills. It also involves either a situational assessment in our work center or a community based assessment with an employer.  This program serves between 50 and 70 individuals per year.
