Medicaid Service Coordination is a stand alone service that offers assistance and advocacy in linking to services and resources.  Service Coordination is designed to be a flexible system of case management that allows individuals to access services both in and outside of Allegany Arc.  The Medicaid Service Coordination department also helps provide case management for individuals and family's trying to navigate the eligibility system for OMR and other services.
