Residential

Since 1979, Allegany Arc has provided residential opportunities for people with special needs. Allegany Arc currently has eight homes and five apartments located throughout Allegany County. These homes serve a wide array of people ranging from children to senior citizens. Supports and services are based on the personal needs of each person and include but are not limited to:  hands on personal care, transportation, community involvement, behavior management, and support to achieve life dreams.

Supervised Individualized Residential Alternative provides a home environment of 24-hour supervision. All homes are staffed with fully trained direct support professionals and 24-hour nursing support. The residential program has specialized homes for Autism, Geriatrics, and Dual Diagnosis.

Supportive Apartments assist people with special needs to live in the community with 21 hours of supports and services each week.
