Res-Hab Home and Community Based Waiver At Home Service
Res-Hab Home and Community Based Waiver At Home Service was started in 1991 and currently serves 68 people. The Home and Community Based Services Waiver is a stepping stone to successful living in the community for people who have developmental disabilities. The waiver service allows the design of uniquely customized supports and services that help each person pursue his or her goals in life. This service is provided in the person's home and in learning situations outside the home. This includes but is not limited to; training in independent performance of self-care, personal health, general household chores, mobility training, financial management, communication, and social behaviors.

Off-Site Day Habilitation Services
Off-Site Day Habilitation Services was started in 1991 and currently serves 65 people. Day Habilitation services are delivered primarily in a nonresidential setting separate from the person's home/residence. Services are designed to assist individuals to maintain and improve skills that enable them to cope more effectively in their environment. Services offered are designed to correspond to the person's strengths and needs necessary to reside successfully in a home and community Based setting. These services include but are not limited to; personal hygiene, self care, financial management, social behaviors, mobility, and communication.
