The network meets the 2nd Monday of every month from 6-8 pm at Allegany Arc's Shine building (240 O'Connor Street, Wellsville). Whether parents and families just want to be assured that they are not alone or if they would like more knowledge and education; the network assists in any way possible. The PFSN is parent/guardian-driven. Parents/guardians determine the direction the network will move in the future while the Arc provides support, assistance and respite (with advance notice) to children of individuals participating in the network.

The Allegany Arc's Associate Director of System's of Care, Kila Cook, oversees the network and runs the meetings. Kila has been at the Arc for 10 years and has experience working with both adults and children with special needs. Both she and the parents/guardians work cohesively to determine goals and objectives for the network.
